Client Need
Our Client required a reliable and sustainable energy solution to power a large beachside property with 24 rooms. The location had no access to grid electricity, and relying solely on diesel generators was costly, noisy, and environmentally unsustainable. The goal was to create a completely off-grid, solar-powered system that would deliver uninterrupted power, reduce long-term costs, and provide a clean, quiet energy alternative.
Our Solution
Femelect designed and implemented a 108kW off-grid solar energy system tailored for the property. The installation included:
Solar Panels: 180 units of 580W high-efficiency panels
Inverters: 9 units of 12kW SRNE inverters
Battery Storage: 14 units of 15kWh SRNE lithium batteries
The system was engineered to deliver round-the-clock electricity, optimized for beachside conditions and high occupancy demands.
